There have been rumours floating, since I was a kid, of the potential impending demise of this most iconic of skate-spots. Now, it seems, the rumours are getting louder and more definite.
It would be a great shame if skateboarding lost South Bank. I am well aware that skating doesn’t really matter much in ‘the grand scheme of things’, but it matters a lot to a lot of people; and South Bank is an historic skate-spot. Not only that; it is the most historic British skate-spot.
Save South Bank!
