I was discussing with a friend of mine about how rarely skate photographers get really close with the fish-eye lens, or at least try to do something interesting with it.
Which, I think, is the point of that lens; to really get involved in the X-treme maneuver. (Albeit at the cost of the occasional board-to-the-head.)
